• All pricing includes up to 6,000 stitches in one location per item
• All items must be identical to receive quality discounts

• Individual names can be added to an item for an additional $2.50

Shipping

• All products will be shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed.
• Customer is responsible for all actual shipping costs
• Normal handling fees are included in prices
• Special handling fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis

Delivery

• Normal Delivery - 7 to 10 days plus shipping time, after confirmation of design
• Allow extra time for custom digitizing

Payment

• Personal and company checks accepted pending approval
• COD not available for embroidered merchandise
• 50% deposit and balance COD for all new customers
• COD, cash or Cashier Check only unless pre-approved with net 15 or COD company check
• Purchase orders accepted from qualified companies and organization
